Worried about what you are thinking and feeling?…IT’S PROBABLY NORMAL!
Ladies, I have so many DMs from women concerned about things that are often TOTALLY normal to think and feel when you first start training.
These are normal reactions when you first start exercising ✅💁♀️
1. You find it hard to finish your first workout because you feel SO puffed and unfit
2. Your muscles are sore to touch the next day or two…or three
3. You aren’t sore the next day
4. You feel bloated the next day after a workout
5. You are more hungry now that you are working out
6. You DO NOT feel like eating after your workout
7. You feel like everyone is looking at you (they aren’t)
8. You don’t feel confident enough to take your makeup off at the gym
9. You don’t sweat during a workout
10. You feel slightly nauseous after a workout
11. You feel super tired and need a nap after a workout
12. You go too hard during a class and accidentally end up throwing up – that’s surprisingly normal haha. Don’t stress – just try and avoid going THAT hard next time
13. Your back, shoulder, legs or neck cracks and pops (without ANY pain)

Now, here are the things that are NOT normal during or after a workout 🙅♀️❗️❌. If you experience any of the below, you should stop exercising and follow up with a doctor!
1. Sharp stabbing pains
2. Headaches or migraines
3. Throwing up after every workout
4. Injuries
5. Severe knee pain/lower back pain
6. Pulled muscles
7. Fainting
8. Excessive swelling of joints
9. Painful pops
10. Shooting pains
