Words of advice : don’t neglect rotational work in your training. I played sports growing up and danced through middle school, high school and continued as a college Dance Major…. I worked in all the planes of movement for years. So when I started training in crossfit I rarely had any physical aches or pains. That’s not the case now, because my main focus hasn’t been dance in 10 yrs, if I do not give focus to “rotational work” in my warm ups and accessory work, my number of pinches, aches and pains significantly increase. –
