BBG is a program I designed for women who want to feel strong and CONFIDENT in their own skin. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
The workouts are 28-MINUTES with a combination of bodyweight, plyometrics (jump training) and strength-building exercises. There are 2 circuits. Each circuit is 7 minutes and features 4 exercises, and the goal is to complete the 4 exercises for as many laps as possible before the 7 minutes is up (with a 30 second rest after each circuit). ⁣⁣

To get a visual idea of what exercises are in BBG, here’s an example of a BBG, Week 7 Arms & Abs workout you will find in the @SWEAT app. If you’re a beginner in fitness looking to try BBG, don’t worry, there are FOUR beginner weeks before you get to Week 1. Go at your own pace and adjust to suit your fitness level! ⁣⁣

✅Bent-Leg Jackknife – 15 reps ⁣⁣

✅Decline Push-Up – 15 reps⁣⁣
