There are so many different variations of burpees. Here is the two that I give beginners when first starting out! Burpees, although they are hard, are a FANTASTIC exercise as they work your whole body! You are able to make them harder or easier depending on where you’re at in your fitness journey! Remember to ALWAYS start slow and really LEARN the exercise movement before jumping (literally) into something harder! For the ladies who can’t bend down as far, you can place your hands on a higher surface, like a bench or a step! If you are adding these to your workouts, I would recommend 5-10 reps to start with, moving up to 10-12 reps and eventually getting to 15 reps non stop! 🤜💪☀️www.kaylaitsines.com/app
