She says “This is not a transformation. This is just daily life. Wake up. Sweat for 30 minutes doing something that makes you feel accomplished. Fuel your food with nutritious ingredients. Drink your water. And live life in the moment. ⁣ • I feel capable after a quick, 30 minutes HIIT workouts with the BBG program. ⁣
• I love eating burrito bowls and munching on fruit & cashews. ⁣
• I force myself to drink 64oz water/day (yeah, still struggle with it… but still doing it.)⁣
