Start your day RIGHT✅ Yes, I’m talking about that FIRST hour of the morning from when you open y

Start your day RIGHT✅ Yes, I’m talking about that FIRST hour of the morning from when you open your eyes, until you need to get in your car for work! Here’s how I start my day. So, I actually take almost 1.5 hours to get ready in the morning …. but let me explain. I get up and go for a 30 minute walk. By the end of that walk I would have had at least 600mls of water. I take my vitamins and get into the shower. My shower is around 10 minutes and then I need get out, dry my hair, get dressed and get ready takes about 25 minutes all up (including shower)! Then I have to cook myself breakfast which takes around 20 mins to cook and eat/clean up … then look for my keys for 45 minutes (only joking) but seriously I look for my Apple Watch, Air pods, keys and wallet ! … AND THEN … I can leave the house. If you just roll out of bed half asleep and think that a coffee is going to start your day right…. you are very wrong 😂 Start your day right, take care of your body! www.kaylaitsines.com/app
