A great way to build confidence and get comfortable at the gym is to start integrating a few pieces of equipment and workout machines into your routine as it requires a less comlicated learning upfront. For those of you who have just joined a gym, here is an easy to follow #BBGStronger style workout that requires some fundamental pieces of equipment to get you started💧!⁣

✅Seated Row – 12 reps ⁣
✅Bench Press – 10 reps ⁣
✅Tricep Dip – 12 reps ⁣
✅Wall Squat – 30 seconds ⁣
✅Glute Bridge – 12 reps
