Something I often get asked by my clients and ladies in the #BBGCommunity is WHAT is the best way to track fitness progress. There are many ways you can do this but here are three simple tips:⁣

✅ RECORD how you FEEL⁣
Writing down how you feel and keeping a journal can be one of the best ways to reflect on your progress. Write down your energy levels, overall mood and quality of sleep! ⁣

✅ Take progress PHOTOS (and videos) ⁣
Take photos of your body from the front, back and side. Try to wear the same clothing each time to get an accurate comparison. Taking a photo before you start and compare week to week can show changes in your body and build your confidence!⁣

✅ LOG your workouts ⁣
Record your workouts using the @SWEAT app or use a calendar that works for you. I also recommend connecting your device to your phone/watch’s health app to include your daily step count! ⁣
