Some light lifting from my Friday training session. Front Squat -Sets of 12 and 4 ,
Deficit Deadlift- sets of 6 focusing on keeping the bar close and not letting the bar roll between reps.
STEM-CELL UPDATE: So far so good. I am starting to do way more upper body accessory work (which is making me sore as fuck HAHA) but I’m feeling so good just being able to train more.
As for pain…. I have no pain but my shoulders are super noisy. They pop and squeak and it weirds me out a little bit but my PT says as long as I have no pain, I’m doing great. I have started hanging from the pull up bar but I have not yet done a pull up. Ring rows however, I am doing a lot of those.
I’ll be sure to keep you guys updated as my recovery continues.
