Simple but DELICIOUS 😍There are so many things I love about this plate, especially the FALAFEL!! For the ladies who don’t know, falafel is traditionally made out of a combination of chickpeas, garlic and herbs, rolled into balls and baked or fried. They are an AMAZING source of plant-protein that can be added to salads, grazing platters or wrapped into pita bread. Not only is falafel high in protein, it’s also packed with fibre to help you stay fuller for longer AND has amazing benefits for your gut health. There are so many GREAT reasons to start incorporating falafel as a regular part of your diet…the main one being that it is tastes delicious hahaha. ⁣
