[SHOW SOME RESPECT]

I became a personal trainer to help women improve their life through fitness.
Im a huge supporter of women celebrating their journey.
The reason I share women’s photos is to motivate others and to inspire change through health and fitness.

I have dedicated the last 6 years of my life to building a fitness community where women empower other women.

Im often known for keeping it real and that’s what I’m about to do. Recently @julieanakim, a member of the #BBGcommunity shared a video showing her inspiring progress with burpees over the last 4 years which I reshared today.

I could not be more PROUD of how far she has come as an individual. In saying that, I could not be more DISAPPOINTED and disgusted at the sheer disrespect shown to her by other people online.
Whether something is seen on the “Explore page” or not – I don’t care.

This is not the first time that any of us have see people be cruel to one another on the internet but it is absolutely not something that I condone or tolerate on my page.

We are on this journey together as women, and we should only ever lift each other up. There is no “right or wrong progress” there is no “ideal body” there is no “perfect” but there are many women on their own individual journeys that I want to support and for them to feel supported by others.
So just to be clear, if you don’t have something nice to say about a woman’s individual journey, then don’t say anything on my page at all. #havesomerespect
