[ READ ] ☝️Ladies, I want to be clear that the workout videos you see on my page are not all necessarily the exact workouts that I DO. Some of them are mini workouts I design for you and some are tutorials. I’m a personal trainer, putting workouts together is what I do! I want to get women moving and out of their comfort zones – while having fun with their friends or by themselves! ☝️👊The actual program I follow currently is #BBGstronger which is IN the @sweat app. I use this program because although I LOVE my original #BBG I ALSO really love incorporating machines right now into my training. Such as lat pull down, rows, leg press and cables! These workouts are 28 minutes and I LOVE THEM!!
