No seriously though, I opened the @whoop app when we finished, and I had an average heart rate of 120 bpm and a max of 160 bpm! πŸ”₯

I of course completely trust Dom, but part of me wonders whether those 160 bpm moments were from physical strain, or fear lol. πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

I now know all about the strain I take on each day, and how my body responds to various physical and mental scenarios, because I’ve partnered with #WHOOP, and have been using their band and app to track my fitness and map out my optimal recovery plan. πŸ™ŒπŸ»
