One of the biggest fears that women have when it comes to gym equipment is “I feel like everyone is looking at me…am I doing something wrong?”. This leads to “I feel like I’m doing it wrong so I won’t do it at all”. Which leaves a bunch of women at the gym who WANT to workout but instead just use the treadmills in fear of being judged. I know this because I’ve been a trainer for almost 10 years and this is the number one thing that is said to me when I ask “why didn’t you do this before”, they say “it’s not because I didn’t want to, it’s because I didn’t know how”.
