MY GO-TO DRESSING⁣⁣

If you have followed me for a while, you probably know what I’m going to say: olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika (a little bit) oregano and lemon juice. It’s literally all you need to dress the most amazing roasted vegetables. Just follow these quick and easy steps: ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
✅ Chop up all the vegetables that you want to go into the oven⁣⁣
✅ Once all your vegetables are chopped up, place them in a BIG BOWL (enough so you can get your hands in and toss them around). ⁣⁣
✅ Add the dressing and mix them around with your hands⁣⁣
✅ Tip the vegetables onto a tray and place them in the oven for around 40 minutes (180 degrees Celsius/350 degrees Fahrenheit) and you’re DONE!! ⁣⁣
✅ Any leftovers can go into an omelette in the morning OR to lunch with you the next day 😁 ⁣⁣
