Take a moment to note what you feel:
What do you hear?
What do you see?
What do you smell?
How are you feeling physically?
How are you feeling emotionally?
Release all tension that you don’t realize you are holding. Remind yourself of what you are grateful for in the present moment.
As Thich Nhat Hahn wrote…“Drink your tea slowly and reverently, as if it is the axis on which the Earth revolves – slowly, evenly, without rushing toward the future. Live the actual moment. Only this moment is life”. ✨🌙✨
