It’s easy to snooze your alarm in the morning and go back to bed instead of hitting the gym. My top tip is to put your phone on charge on the OTHER side of your room so you have to physically GET OUT OF BED to get it !! I’ve been doing that the past few mornings and .. what do you know? I’m writing this caption while on the treadmill 😁😁 You CAN do it ladies…. you don’t need motivation … you just need to trick your body into getting up 😂💪💪 In all seriousness, motivation doesn’t come straight away so that’s why we do little things like moving our phones away from our beds to jump start our mornings! After a few days you will be waking up before your alarm👏
