My go-to answer used to be โ€œpick a class at your local studio that sounds fun, and try it out!โ€ ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ

But I hear you, itโ€™s not always that easy for a lot of reasons: there isnโ€™t a studio in your area, youโ€™re afraid youโ€™ll feel embarrassed or lost, or maybe the classes at the studio near you are too expensive. These are all totally valid concerns. ๐Ÿ˜ฌ
