How many of you ladies find it hard to ACTUALLY rest on your “rest day”. With such busy lifestyles, it’s not unusual for you to feel like you constantly need to do SOMETHING. People think if they don’t train, they won’t get results – that’s not true AT ALL. Part of your training is training yourself to rest and recover. ⁣⁣

I’m being serious when I say you NEED at least one REST day. It is an essential part of any healthy balanced lifestyle. Rest and rehabilitation is not only crucial for wellness but also muscle RECOVERY. Do you know what’s worse than doing absolutely no exercise… not having a choice because you are injured! Remember the three R’s ⁣⁣
Rest, recover, recharge. ⁣⁣
