Favorite way to hit “arms”:
Lots of supersets with very limited rest between movements. Things like a front raise for a max out set with a light- moderate load immediately followed by upright row for a max out set. Rest to full recovery and hit it again. For me, Im doing 10-15 reps with 30-40lbs.
Another superset -Arnold press + Bent over row. 5 sets , 10-12 reps of each, no rest between movements. 💪🏼
