Do you have a “salad” that you eat EVERYDAY? If you are someone who meal preps salad to bring to work, it can be really easy to get stuck using the same ingredients everyday. I know a LOT of ladies I’ve spoken to have said it’s like they’re on auto-pilot when they go to the supermarket for work lunches 😂. While it’s great to have something that works for you, it’s also important to get a variety of nutrients into your diet. If you’re stuck for ideas, adding some nuts, rice or seeds to your salad can be a really easy way to mix things up and add even MORE goodness to your already healthy lunch 🥜🍓.
