Challenge yourself! Sometimes I have women say “I cannot complete 12 push ups, what can I do instead of push ups!?”. My answer to this is, don’t change the exercise (unless you are injured) – modify it to suit you! Do as MANY as you can, do your absolute best and move on to the next exercise!
