LETS DOOOO IT 👏🏼 complete each exercise for 30 seconds followed by a 30 second rest. Repeat circuit 1 time for a 12 minute HIIT workout

1️⃣ prisoner squat into prisoner squat jump

2️⃣ lateral jumps

3️⃣ aggressively high toe taps 😂 you can also use a much lower surface like a stair lol

4️⃣ single leg power jump!! Switch legs at 15 seconds

5️⃣ plank jacks

6️⃣ hut hut hike 😂 step, step, leg lift. Looks more tricky than it is but PROMISE you can dooooo it

Then repeat 👏🏼💦
