Boys and girls, what’s up? Just checking in with you. Been feeling a bit meh lately. Not great, no

Boys and girls, what’s up? Just checking in with you. Been feeling a bit meh lately. Not great, not terrible, a bit anxious, restless and irritated. Not saying that to complain, or make anyone worry or anything, just saying as it is. When I feel like this it seems as if I temporarily forgot everything I ever learned about happiness and taking charge of how I feel. I guess now I’m just embracing it for a moment, maybe looking for things I can learn from this experience. Already have a few hints for what I could do differently. Most importantly I’m practicing to sit with the feeling instead of seeking distractions. Also making sure to add to my schedule some feel-good activities. The ultimate task: feeling good and loving about myself and towards myself even when my head is full of reasons why not to feel that way. The ultimate task no. 2: enjoying this, noticing the positives and taking it one step at a time. Anyhow, hope you are all having a nice weekend!
