This is one you can do with a friend! It can be done anywhere you have a bench, indoors or outdoors (the day I filmed this I actually started working out on the beach but it was a terrible idea because I got sand everywhere 😂). When I first started training with people as a mobile personal trainer, if my clients lived by the beach or near a park, this is an example of a workout we would do, with 50 jumping jacks in between each exercise. Try it with your friends! ⁣⁣⁣

1️⃣ KNEE UPS ⁣- 20 reps (10 each side)⁣⁣
2️⃣ TRICEP DIPS ⁣- 20 reps⁣⁣
3️⃣ BENCH JUMP ⁣- 12 reps ⁣⁣
4️⃣ INCLINE SNAP JUMP + PUSH UP⁣ – 12 reps ⁣⁣
5️⃣ KNEE UP + HOP⁣ – 16 reps (8 each side) ⁣⁣⁣
