This is one you can do with a friend! It can be done anywhere you have a bench, indoors or outdoors (the day I filmed this I actually started working out on the beach but it was a terrible idea because I got sand everywhere 😂). When I first started training with people as a mobile personal trainer, if my clients lived by the beach or near a park, this is an example of a workout we would do, with 50 jumping jacks in between each exercise. Try it with your friends!
1️⃣ KNEE UPS - 20 reps (10 each side)
2️⃣ TRICEP DIPS - 20 reps
3️⃣ BENCH JUMP - 12 reps
4️⃣ INCLINE SNAP JUMP + PUSH UP – 12 reps
5️⃣ KNEE UP + HOP – 16 reps (8 each side)
3 ROUNDS. You’ve got this!!
