This is a great ADVANCED arm burn you can do anywhere if you’re looking for a challenge 💪🏼! I LOVE exercising outside when it’s warm but I get a reaction from the grass, so often I will workout on a tennis court. P.S if it’s too hot, fake grass can heat up, which is not great for commandos on your elbows so make sure to always bring a towel.
Try 10-12 reps per exercise for as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes. For an EXTRA challenge, try using ankle weights to make the jumping exercises even harder.
