PEANUT BUTTER & RASPBERRY CHIA JAM SMOOTHIES.☀️

Chia jam (small jar):
250 g (2 Cups) frozen raspberries
2 Tbsp chia seeds
2 tsp of freshly-pressed lime juice
3 Tbsp agave syrup
¼ tsp vanilla bean powder

Smoothies for 2:
4 Tbsp peanut butter
1 ripe banana, frozen
100 g cauliflower florets, frozen
80 g (¾ cup) raspberries, frozen
¼ tsp vanilla bean powder
360 ml (1 ½ cups) oat mylk
2 dates (soft)

Method:
1. For the chia jam add the raspberries to small saucepan. Heat until raspberries start to break down. Add the rest ingredients and stir until well combined. Let simmer for a couple of minutes while stirring and remove from the heat afterwards. Transfer to a jar and let cool completely.
2. Once chia jam is cooled, add all ingredients for the smoothie to a high speed blender. Mix until smooth and creamy.
3. Add a couple teaspoons of chia jam to the jars and pour in the smoothie. Enjoy!
