Oatmeal bowl – i make this on repeat for my kids. Great as an after school snack too.
🍌 soaked oats overnight or at least for an hour. I pour milk until the oats are covered. 🍌 in a pot over low heat, mash a banana.
🍌add 1 tsp of cinnamon.
🍌 1-2 T of maple syrup.
🍌 simmer for 5 minutes and serve with compote, fruits and chia pudding! .
