How’s your Monday going guys? You can start your day tomorrow with these overnight chia oats topped with wild goji nicecream (2 frozen bananas and one tablespoon wild goji powder).

Recipe for the oats below:
1 cup oats
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 cup raspberries
500ml plant based mylk
Blend your mylk with the raspberries and maple syrup. In a container add your oats and chia seeds and pour over your raspberry mylk. Mix well. And then whisk again for a couple of minutes so there are no clumps. Refrigerate overnight or for 2 hours. •
