Here’s a fall smoothie recipe that is easy, delicious and full of nutrition!
Raw Spiced Butternut Squash Smoothie

4 dates⠀
1 heaping cup frozen butternut squash (I use organic frozen right out of the bag)
1 ½ frozen banana⠀
1 cup ice⠀
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice⠀
1 tbsp flax meal⠀
1 cup almond milk⠀
pinch Himalayan salt⠀
⠀
Blend everything in a Vitamix or sturdy blender. Adjust spice to your preference and serve. We loaded ours up with some shredded coconut and Elemental Superfood mulberry spirulina crumble.
