Here’s a fall smoothie recipe that is easy, delicious and full of nutrition!
Raw Spiced Butternut Squash Smoothie⁠
⁠⠀
4 dates⁠⠀
1 heaping cup frozen butternut squash⁠ (I use organic frozen right out of the bag)
1 ½ frozen banana⁠⠀
1 cup ice⁠⠀
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice⁠⠀
1 tbsp flax meal⁠⠀
1 cup almond milk⁠⠀
pinch Himalayan salt⁠⠀
⁠⠀
Blend everything in a Vitamix or sturdy blender. Adjust spice to your preference and serve. We loaded ours up with some shredded coconut and Elemental Superfood mulberry spirulina crumble.⁠
