Good morning! A coconut vanilla oats and berry parfait to refuel in the morning sun after 10 early miles.
💞💞💞
– Mix 100 ml coconut milk and 1/3 cup rolled oats and a little vanilla extract. Leave in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning layer mixed berry compote into your glass, add overnight oats, sliced banana and then more overnight oats.
– Top with strawberries, blueberries, banana, a little granola and your favorite nut butter.
– Enjoy!
