Good morning 💜
Here’s the recipe for two bowls:
100g oats
325 ml almond milk
150g fresh or frozen blueberries
2 tsp almond butter
2 tsp maple syrup (optional)
1 tsp psyllium husks
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Add the oats and almond milk to a saucepan and heat it for about 5 minutes. Add the almond butter, blueberries and spices and let it dissolve completely while frequently stirring. Finally add the maple syrup for a final stir. Enjoy with your favorite toppings 🍂
