Dreaming of a comforting breakfast like this BIRCHER MUESLI with warm plum compote and crunchy granola ❤️✨

✨RECIPE✨

Ingredients for 2 jars:
60 g oats
30 g raisins
25 g almonds, roughly chopped
1 tsp psyllium husk
150 g unsweetened soy yogurt
150 ml almond milk
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp agave syrup
3/4 tsp of cinnamon
1 apple, grated

Plum compote:
2 big plums
2 tbsp raw cane sugar
1 squeeze of lemon juice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger

Method:
1. Mix all ingredients for the Bircher muesli. Refrigerate over night. The next morning add a little more almond milk until you have the desired consistency.
2. Cube plums and add together with the rest of the compote ingredients to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, give it a good stir, reduce heat and let simmer for 15 min.
3. Divide Bircher muesli and warm plum compote between two jars and too with granola crunch.
