Almond & Raspberry overnight oats💗
Super easy 6- ingredients recipe!
Vegan| gluten-free | refined sugar-free | plant-based
Ingredients
Servings: 2
1/2 cup | 115 g milk of choice
3-4 raspberries
1/4 cup | 50g unsweetened almond butter
1/2 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
1 cup | 90g rolled oats, GF
Toppings: Fresh raspberries, coconut chips, chocolate chunks, chopped almonds.

Instructions
1. In a blender or food processor, combine the milk, almond butter, a few raspberries, maple syrup and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
2. Divide the rolled oats between the jars.
3. Divide the almond milk between the jars and stir to combine.
4. Cover, and refrigerate overnight.
5. Enjoy cold the next morning. Add chopped almonds, chocolate chunks, fresh raspberries, or any topping you like.
