To make :
– Soak 1/2 cup of oats in boiling water. Leave until all the water had absorbed.
– Add the oats with a large handful of strawberries, splash of almond milk, a ripe banana, tsp of almond butter, a pinch of ground cardamon and some sea salt to a high speed blender.
– You can pulse it up and leave it a bit chunkier or blend until smooth! Whichever way you like it.
– Top with more strawberries, granola, yoghurt and I added some strawberry stomp trail mix too for extra yuminess
– And enjoy!
