Quick study break to cool down with this blue ocean smoothie bowl 🐚💙 topped with summer fruit & sea shells 🍓🍒 .
To make it, simply blend 2 frozen bananas, 100g frozen mango, a handful of frozen cauliflower, 2 Tbs vanilla protein (optional), 100g plant milk, 1 Tbs coconut cream (or nut butter)& 2 tsp blue spirulina (it’s tasteless & only added for the colour💙). Enjoy immediately. 🦋
The little shells 🐚 are melted white chocolate I poured into silicone forms. 😊 .
