Naughty coconut chia pudding topped with bananas, peanut butter, chocolate, strawberries and Nutella! Sometimes I go overboard with the toppings!😝❤️ Chia pudding toppad med banan, jordgubbar, jordnötssmör och Nutella!

COCONUT CHIA PUDDING, serves 2
400 ml coconut milk, regular or 50/50 regular and full fat
100 ml / 70 g chia seeds
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1/4 tsp vanilla bean powder or 1 tsp vanilla extract
100 ml yoghurt, optional
METHOD
Mix together all the ingredients until well combined. Let sit for a few minutes. Then stir again to avoid clumping until the chia pudding start to thicken. Place in the fridge to set for 1-2 hours or overnight.
When ready to eat, stir in some yoghurt for extra nutrition and creaminess. .
