For the nice cream
3 frozen bananas*
1 cup berries and cherries *chose very ripe bananas, chopped them and place in a zip bag. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Place the berries first, than bananas in the food processor or high speed blender and blend until smooth and fluffy.

For the granola
250g (2,5 cups) rolled oats, GF
10 dates, pitted
110g (1/2cup) hot boiling water
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
2 tbsp nut butter of choice
2ripe bananas
1/4 tsp pink salt
Add-ins coconut chips and rose petals

1. Soak the dates into the hot boiling water until the water reaches room temperature (about 15 minutes).
2. Preheat oven to to 325F|160C degrees.
3. In a blender add dates with water, but nutter and bananas and blend until smooth.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine oats with salt.
5. Pour in liquid mixture and toss to coat evenly.
6. Spread mixture over a lined baking sheets. Make sure to spread oats thinly and evenly.
7. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning oat every 10 minutes to prevent burning.
8. Let cool down completely and store in a dry container.
9. You can add nuts, chocolate chips, coconut chips or any other add-ins of choice
