Chilly mornings ๐Ÿ™ˆ and pre prepped matcha oats. I love matcha but nothing beats a black coffee in the morning for me. So matcha in food it is ๐ŸŒฑ recipe below:
1 cup oats
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 heaped teaspoon matcha
1 tablespoon cashew butter
2 cups plant based mylk
1 teaspoon maple syrup – more if you like it sweeter or omit
Mix all your ingredients in a large container and refrigerate overnight. I served mine with kiwi and hemp hearts
