A spiced mango and apricot and PB smoothie bowl to summon the summer gods back.

To make:
– Soak a 1/4 cup of oats with boiling water for about 10-15 minutes. – Add the oats to a high speed blender along with a frozen banana, large handful of frozen mango, a fresh apricot, 1/4 cup plant based milk of your choice, a heaped tsp of peanut butter, and a pinch of maca, cardamom, cinnamon and ginger and blend to smooth.
– Top with apricot, coconut flakes, mango slices, raspberries and some crunchy maple PB!
– Enjoy!
