To make:
- Soak 1/3 cup oats in 100ml oat milk for 10 minutes.
- Add a cup of water and a dash of vanilla and cook very slowly stirring occasionally. Add a little more water if it starts to stick.
- When the oats are almost ready, stir in a little toasted coconut and maca.
– Top with nectarine, passion fruit, a big spoonful of tahini and maple and more toasted coconut.
– Enjoy! .
