I have never been a regular matcha latte drinker, until… this summer. Let’s be honest, the matcha taste is quite special. But once you have tasted a very good matcha latte, hot or cold, you want it again, every day! And it makes you feel good too, because 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗮 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝘀𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀:

* Detoxifies the body naturally

𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗲 for 1 serve:
* 1 tsp high quality matcha powder
* 1 tbsp hot water
* 1 cup (250ml) almond milk
* 1-2 tbsp agave syrup
In a small bowl, combine matcha powder and water. Stir until there are no clumps. In a high speed blender, add almond milk and agave syrup and process until the milk becomes foamy. Put some ice into a glass, add the matcha mixture and pour the milk over the matcha. Mix with a teaspoon and enjoy!
