✅Strengthen your transverse abdominis (inner most ab muscle) or natural corset with proper BREATHING/engagement and TA specific ab exercises. Most adults have a very weak and under utilized TA. 🤦‍♀️In this video, I am using my Abs After Babies core breathing technique (see my IG @absafterbabies for a demo video) Adding in the weights and arm exercises like in the video above, further challenges your core.

✅Reduce belly fat through nutrition, exercise, and hormone balance. Extra belly fat can give you a pouch too. You will need to be in a calorie deficit.
